Project Background This project is the first completed since the City of Cincinnati mandated that all new construction be LEED Certified.
Strategies and Results Since the requirements only call for LEED Certification special consideration was given to certain LEED credits and performances such as those for Sustainable Sites, Materials & Resources, Indoor Air Quality and Innovation in Design. Products and Manufacturers Regional material credits were received because at least 20% of the cost of the entire project material budget was obtained within a radius of 500 miles.
